We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an entry level wastewater operator. As a member of the team, you will work under the guidance of the Superintendent and Lab Manager to learn how to operate all aspects of the treatment facility in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
● Assist with the day-to-day operations
● Conduct regular checks and inspections to monitor equipment and process performance
and identify potential issues.
● Perform equipment maintenance.
● Accurately record data, and maintenance activity in logs and computer systems.
● Stay current with industry advancements, best practices, and regulatory changes related to
wastewater treatment.
● Learn to operate the sludge removal process and learn laboratory practices.
Required Quali
cations:

● High School diploma or equivalent.
● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
● Ability to work e

ectively in a team environment.

● Basic mechanical aptitude
● Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
● Reside within 30 minutes of the facility for on call emergencies.
Ideal Quali
cations:
● Basic or advanced wastewater operator’s license in the State of Wisconsin with any of the
following subgrades: A1,B,C,P,D,L, and SS
● Experience in wastewater treatment plant operations
● Wastewater lab experience.
