The Expo, sponsored by WWOA and WIAWWA, is host to major manufacturers in the water and wastewater industry. Learning, networking and sharing product information will be center stage at the Expo on February 11 & 12 at the Kalahari. The Expo attendance continues to grow each year and again this year will prove to be an exciting, fun and interactive opportunity to meet water professionals.

Vendor Registration

Registration Fee Per Exhibitor

  • $600 before December 31, 2025
  • $700 after December 31, 2025

Exhibitor Fee Includes:

  • Two (2) conference registrations with the first booth
  • One (1) additional registration with each additional 8x10 booth
  • Continental breakfast and lunch
  • Table with pipe and drape and chairs
  • One (1) 110 Volt electrical connection
  • Sponsorship of the Social Event on Tuesday

Exhibitor Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Tuesday & Wednesday

Monday, February 10th: 3:00 - 8:00 PM

Tuesday, February 11th: 7:00 - 8:00 AM

Raffle Drawings:

There are raffle drawings throughout both days of the Expo. Please consider donating a prize for the raffle- there's a field on the registration form to indicate your donation. Recommended prize value: minimum $50.

Competition Information:

Meter Challenge - A fast-paced contest pits competitors against the clock to assemble a water meter from a bucket of parts!
