Booth Registration Fee(s):
Early Registration (THROUGH August 26th): $600
Late Registration (EFFECTIVE August 27th): $800
*The above costs include ONE conference registration fee. Everyone staffing the booth must either register for the conference OR add on an additional staff fee. To register for the conference, please visit the conference registration form. If the additional booth personal are not registering for the conference but will just be staffing the booth, please select the additional booth personal fee of $150 below when filling out the form.
8' X 10' space, piped and draped, one 8' skirted table and two chairs, identification sign, and one 120v AC 500 Watt outlet. Additional electrical connections or supplies may be ordered from the Exhibiting Set-Up Company. All exhibitors will receive a separate set-up packet from Valley Expo.
- Tuesday, Oct. 4th from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM & Wednesday, Oct. 5th from 7:00 - 8:30 AM
*All exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 AM on Wednesday, Oct. 5th.
- Wednesday, Oct. 5th from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday, Oct. 6th from 8:00 - 11:30 AM
- Thursday, Oct. 6th - Not before 11:30 AM
*All exhibits must be removed from the exhibit hall by 2:00 PM Thursday, Oct. 6th.
