Booth Registration Fee(s):

Early Registration (Extended THROUGH September 8th): $600
Late Registration (EFFECTIVE September 9th): $800

*The above costs include ONE conference registration fee and membership. Everyone staffing the booth must either register for the conference OR add on an additional staff fee. To register for the conference, please visit the conference registration form. If the additional booth personal are not registering for the conference but will just be staffing the booth, please select the additional booth personal fee of $180 below when filling out the form.

Booth Description:

8' X 10' space, piped and draped, one 8' skirted table and two chairs, identification sign, and one 500 Watt outlet. Additional electrical connections or supplies may be ordered from the Exhibiting Set-Up Company. All exhibitors will receive a separate set-up packet from Valley Expo.

• TIME CHANGE: Tuesday, Oct. 24th from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM & Wednesday, Oct. 25th from 6:00 - 8:30 AM
  *All exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 AM on Wednesday, Oct. 25th.

Show Hours:

• Wednesday, Oct. 25th from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday, Oct. 26th from 8:00 - 11:30 AM

Exhibit Tear-down:

• Thursday, Oct. 26th - Not before 11:30 AM
  *All exhibits must be removed from the exhibit hall by 2:00 PM Thursday, Oct. 26th.

Sponsorships

All sponsors will have their company names included on the following: Banners/Posters at the conference, on our website (wwoa.org), and in our Clarifier magazine. You can sponsor one or as many events as you'd like. Please have payment to us by September 20, 2023.
