We are pleased to announce that the exhibitor registration is open for the 59th Annual WWOA Conference! Early registration runs through September 9th, 2025. Booth Registration Fee(s):
Early Registration (THROUGH October 1st): $675
Late Registration (EFFECTIVE October 2nd): $875
*The above costs include ONE conference registration fee and membership. Everyone staffing the booth must either register for the conference OR add on an additional staff fee. To register for the conference, please visit the conference registration form. If the additional booth personal are not registering for the conference but will just be staffing the booth, please register them by selecting their registration type as the additional booth personal fee of $180 when filling out the form.
Booth Description:
8' X 10' space, piped and draped, one 8' skirted table and two chairs, identification sign, and one 500 Watt outlet. Additional electrical connections or supplies may be ordered from the Exhibiting Set-Up Company. All exhibitors will receive a separate set-up packet from Valley Expo.

The sponsorship fee includes:
- Refreshments during the Meet-N-Greet and Exhibit Hours
- The Wednesday walk-around lunch

Exhibit set-up:
- Tuesday, Oct. 22nd from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM & Wednesday, Oct. 23rd from 6:00 - 8:30 AM
*All exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 AM on Wednesday, Oct. 23rd.
Show Hours:
- Wednesday, Oct. 23rd from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday, Oct. 24th from 8:00 - 11:30 AM
Exhibit Tear-down:
- Thursday, Oct. 24th - Not before 11:30 AM
*All exhibits must be removed from the exhibit hall by 2:00 PM Thursday, Oct. 24th.

Sponsorships
All sponsors will have their company names included on the following: Banners/Posters at the conference, on our website (wwoa.org), and in our Clarifier magazine.
