Wastewater Engineer - Cedar Corp
Cedar Corporation is seeking to fill a leadership position within our Green Bay Wastewater Engineering Group.

As a leader in our wastewater engineering group, you will help our clients solve a wide variety of wastewater challenges facing their communities or industries. Typical projects help our clients solve wastewater challenges throughout the facilities planning, design, and construction phases.
We are seeking strong leadership and coaching skills to help build staff within a collaborative work environment.
Project Development – work with clients to understand their needs and identify potential solutions to their wastewater problems
Project Design/Coordination – lead design team and administer projects involving wastewater treatment and collection systems
Project management – assign tasks and schedules to project team members and monitor project progress
Consulting – serve as a technical expert for wastewater projects, permitting and regulatory compliance
Mid-career to senior level of wastewater treatment process design experience
Familiar with state and federal wastewater regulations
Critical thinking, time management, and problem solving skills
Strong data analysis and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented work practices
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental or related engineering discipline
Professional Engineering License (PE) in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within one year
Engineering consulting experience is a plus
Water systems design experience a plus
